Lousy customer service
For weeks I have pleaded with the developer to fix the decimal points on fx futures. For example, Yen futures shows no change because of the decimal position. I would have thought it an easy fix, but Todd, the developer, is clueless to what I was trying to explain. Maybe he doesnt underatand futures at all because I sent at least 4 emails regarding the problem. He seems like a nice guy and I hate to be negative, but his response was that no one else has complained so he wouldnt fix it. Hopefully he will now get the message and improve the app, which otherwise is a great product.
